MAXIMIZE SUCCESS: Releasing the Old, Attracting + Embracing the New

THE ALPHABET OF ENDING + BEGINNING -
Letting Go of the outdated, Inviting In the untried

Old OUT, New IN

I was doing my New Year version of the Solstice Ritual described by Robert Wilkinson* – letting the Old stuff Out, and inviting, allowing, the New stuff IN.

Then a game began to unfold. Movement, dance, play. I move from Old to New.

From the bitterness of Lemon (old useless stuff I am releasing) to Lemonade (the invigorating New stuff I am attracting and bringing in).

I began to play at formulating a sequence of pairs – A (old) OUT, A’ (new) IN.

I started being fun ! So I decided to systematize - S for Systematic. P for Persistent. P for Playful. Before I knew it, I was going through the whole alphabet.

I tried to be real - to discover the words in each 'letter category' for an actual quality or item I am releasing. The same for concrete elements or traits I am intentionally attracting and nurturing. But the serious search for 'the word that touches' was accompanied by giggles.

More and more giggles. Unexpected giggles in a Serious Ritual of .... You know. E + B.
